XPO Logistics is one of the top ten logistics providers in the world and its focus on technology and investing in innovative technologies has helped establish XPO as a market leader in many areas.

Following a review of the existing WMS at one of their facilities in the North West of England, XPO identified a number of shortcomings with their existing system including insufficient record retention, insufficient reporting, and functionality around perpetual inventory. XPO undertook an in-depth evaluation of the available WMS on offer that met the requirements of this busy facility and after an extensive and rigorous procurement process Think WMS was the chosen solution.

There was no time to waste following the award, as the agreement on the existing WMS was due to expire within 10 weeks. We immediately placed one of our experienced project managers into the facility and began working with the XPO team to produce an implementation plan that achieved the required timescale whilst allowing the facility to continue to operate normally. Following our unique approach and focusing on delivering a complete solution we achieved the project goals with a week to spare.

We have used THINK for 5 years for multiple customers at multiple depots. Their implementation team brings a wealth of warehousing experience and their dedicated approach has made for a smooth transition for our customers.
